Election Night, the Theater, Dr. Appt., & Many Pictures

Once again, I have two or three week's worth of happenings to blog about. I should keep this updated better so they don't have to be so long. I have tons of pictures to share, and a few stories.

When I blogged about our trip last time, I was having fun telling of all my mishaps and adventures. Now I can tell you some of the baby's adventures! On November 4th, my mom and I took the kids to their first political event... just to get them started out on the right foot. :D We stopped by the party for Wyoming Senator Mike Enzi's re-election. (He is Republican... get it? Right foot? Ok, I'm a dork. Moving on.) He is a friend of our families and graciously let us take a picture of him with our babies. His youngest granddaughter was born the day after David, Aria, and Levi and we got to see her too!

While we were in Gillette, my best friend brought her darling daughter, Rylan, over for a play date with the kids. Rylan was moving all around showing off her crawling skills. David took one look at that and decided that was a skill he wanted! He's been spending most of his floor time on his tummy and now he gets really animated trying to get all his limbs going. He can't get up on his knees quite yet, but we know it's a matter of time.

Here are some pictures of Rylan and Aria, and Kenzie holding David and Rylan.

Our first few days in Gillette, the kids were getting used to a new place and new routine, but seriously, I think they were trying to kill me. I was getting very little sleep because they were getting up in the wee hours of the morning for a bottle. We decided it was time for a bedtime feeding of cereal for everybody! Poor Dan had to miss the first feeding of cereal for Levi and Aria, but I knew he'd have plenty of nights to make that up in the future! (haha) Here are some picture of the first feeding.

The first weekend we were there, my family got together for our traditional "Taco Party." I have a picture of the babies being cuddled and fed by our friends and family.

On Friday, Nov. 7th, David got to go out with Mommy all by himself! I went to see the Campbell County High School production of "The Sound of Music." It was directed by my aunt and friend Kenzie, and my cousin Justin played Kurt. David got to go on a date, because he was the last to be able to do something alone with one of us. Aria went to lunch and shopping with me in August, and Dan took Levi shopping and in the tractor in September. I was a little nervous about leaving Aria, because she has become QUITE the Momma's girl. She cries when new people hold her and will stop when I take her back. Uhg. But, my brave friends stepped up and volunteered to babysit! Amber and her husband Jonathan said they would watch the kids if I wanted to go to the musical. So brave. Amber had helped me a lot while we visited in Gillette and I knew the kids would be fine. I never worried about the kids, I always worry about the babysitters and what the babies are doing to them!! But, they survived and did an awesome job. I would trust my babies again with them in a heartbeat. I just hope I haven't delayed them having their own kids for a while! :D

The weekend brought with it a huge snowstorm that pounded the Black Hills. Dan and my other family from Sioux Falls weren't able to come to Gillette on Friday like they planned. My brother ended up not coming at all, so Dan said he wouldn't either. My aunts were still coming so one of them could help me drive back home. On Saturday, my mom got home from a errand trip and called to me, "Elizabeth... look what I found for you at Walmart!" Lo and behold, there was my husband!! He surprised me by making the trip along with my aunts. YAY! It had been too long to be away from him and I didn't like the thought of two extra days.

Since Dan was there and lots of other family, Saturday night ALL the babies got their first theater experience! We all went to the musical. I loved watching their wonder at the orchestra sounds and the kids on stage. I was last year, musical weekend, that Dan and I announced our pregnancy with triplets to our family and friends in Gillette. Sooo much fun! I can't believe how far we've come in a year. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical. The bebes pretty much slept through the second act and we whisked them off to bed when it was over.

Here is a picture of the David, Levi and Aria all bundled in their new hats from Aunt Jessica. This wasn't the musical night, but close enough!

We left before church on Sunday so we wouldn't be driving all hours of the night. The trip was pretty uneventful. We fed everyone in the Arby's in Rapid City. I was pretty disgusted with the fact that there was no changing table in any bathroom - note for future trips! But, we bundled and ran back and forth to the front seat of the car for a chilly change a couple times. We didn't have to stop again (except for a quick fill of gas) until Mitchell. We stopped at Dan's Grandma's to feed/change/play. The kids were very happy to be out of their carseats. I love it when we get to see both sets of grandparents in one day. We had Uncle Jonny hold all three babies, even with a cast on his arm! We were able to to get home at a decent time and get to bed near(ish) bedtime. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures while we were in Mitchell. I will have to get those from Nana Boo Boo (aka - Grandma Nebelsick :D... you'll have to ask Uncles Josh and Ben about that one!). Here are some pictures of the family helping with the morning routine and saying goodbye Sunday morning in Gillette.

This is actually Aunt Jessica and Aria the evening of the musical, just before bedtime. Aria was sticking her bum out as she was standing there. So cute!

Now for some pictures from before we went to Gillette, when my sister Jessica was here helping us. THANK YOU JESSICA!!! We had a birthday party for Aunt Kristi where we took pictures of me with all three babies (again-finally), Dan balancing David and then me cuddling the sleeping David.

This is where Levi kicked Daddy's chocolate and caramel cake on to the floor. Ooops! Sorry Donna!

Here is Ryan playing his viola for Kristi and Jessica.

These are some of our special times with Jessica: getting Aria dressed for church, Levi in the bouncy, David with a peek-a-boo look from behind the toy.

Here, all the babies are in their hats from Aunt MiMi. They say "Future Senator"! She got them in Washington, D.C. while visiting the Enzi's.

Finally, we had a check-up at our pediatricians' office on Nov. 11. We were told the babies were doing awesome. The doctor couldn't believe how big they were and said they weren't even like preemies anymore. We didn't compare their growth on the preemie chart anymore. I was so excited to hear their weights and percentages. David was quite the handful on the doctor's table because he wanted to roll around. I know I will not be able to take them to the doctor's office by myself for a long time! Here are the stats and a picture on the table. I will end the endless post and try to break it up a little more next time!

David:
Height - 27 and 1/2 inches, 90th percentile
Weight - 17 lbs. 14 ounces, 90th percentile

Aria:
Height - 26 and 1/2 inches, 90th percentile
Weight - 14 lbs. 14 ounces, 50th percentile

Levi:
Height - 27 and 1/2 inches, 90th percentile
Weight - 16lbs. 10 ounces, 75th percentile

All I can say is "WOOOHOOO!" All of my fears about triplet preemies and having health issues have pretty much disappeared. They are doing so well. Thanks for all your prayers!

Love,
Elizabeth

Lopsided

Sorry it has been a while since my last post. I am drained lately and have little left over for creative writing here. :) We'll see how this turns out.

We are here again, in my hometown of Gillette! We finally made it after quite a trip. I love spending time here because we get so much help and I get a little rest, so when the opportunity arose to travel, we took it. It worked out because my brother was home on fall break, so my mom rode back our way with him. Then she drove me and the babies out to Gillette yesterday. Dan will come to help us drive home in two weekends. He can't take all this time off work so unfortunately he has to be without us for a week and a couple days. Poor baby... what is his going to do with all his sleep and free time??? ;) I know he misses us but we'll talk often and maybe figure out the webcam!

It is a little bit harder to travel with everyone in the middle of the day, rather than through the night while they sleep. It was a long trip across South Dakota. We fed them in Sioux Falls and ran some errands. Then we stopped at the Nebelsick farm and Dan's parents got to see us momentarily. We did another feeding and immediately got back on the road. We made it as far as Wall, SD and had to stop for the next bottles.

When we pulled into town we looked for a place we could go in and sit down so we stopped at Subway. My mom and I took in the three babies and two diaper bags. We were kind of a spectacle, as usual. Mom ordered us sandwiches and held Aria, and she proceeded to fill her pants in line. After eating, I took the babies one by one to the restroom to be changed. Mom made bottles. We fed everyone. Meanwhile we had gotten many comments from onlookers. One couple said that they were highly entertaining to watch. I could hear "ahh"s and "oo"s as I played with Levi while we waited. I felt like an exhibit at a zoo.

Well, we would have been back on the road at a decent time, but each baby decided it would be fun to fill their pants for Momma. Yay. I started the task of hauling each baby off to be changed again. I had to walk all the way through the Subway into the gas station each time, everyone watching all the way. For the last diaper, the bathroom was occupied so I changed David on the front seat of the van. An hour and a half after pulling in, we were back on the road. But, luckily they all went to sleep and I did too, and we didn't need to stop again.

We arrived somewhere in the 10 o'clock hour. We fed babies and put them to bed. I got ready for bed too and noticed I had no bathroom basket. I had left it in my room in my rush to get babies packed that morning. Soooo, I had to take off for Walmart at 11:30 at night to get contact solution, etc. I couldn't go without a razor because that morning, in my rush, I had only shaved one leg! I couldn't stand walking around lopsided! I don't like being without glasses but what can I do? I got to bed kind of late that night.

The first two or three nights here, I think the babies were trying to kill me. I got about 4 to 5 hours of sleep every night. The decision was made that everyone needed to be eating some rice cereal to fill their bellies before bed. So, Aria and Levi had their first cereal. (Sorry you had to miss it Dan, but there will be lots of nights of feeding them in your future. :)) Both of them did great and they sucked it right down. They like it and sit up and open their mouths for the spoon.

Saturday morning, I got to go to Rapid City with my friend McKenzie and her mom for some "girl time" and shopping. We had a lot of fun trying on mounds of clothes now that we both are recovered from having babies this spring. Yay! It was fun to get out and spend time with my friend. I miss my friends from home and love getting to spend time with them while I am here. The one mishap from the trip was when my contact tore in the car on the way there. If you remember from before, I don't have my bathroom supplies, so no replacement and no glasses. So from Saturday to Monday, I had to live with one contact. It was so annoying!! I even sang at church with my sight being all wacky, but I made it through. So here I was again, lopsided. My dad said I am doing a great job of taking care of these babies, but not such a great job taking care of myself. Ha.

Sunday night, I needed to run to Walmart for some formula, diapers and other random items. I was still without my contact but I thought I was fine. But at night, lights looked like big blurry bulbs through my bad eye. Yikes. So, I closed that eye for a lot of the drive. Not very convenient. It was only two days after Halloween... so I found a 50 cent solution to my problem! A pirate eye patch for the drive home! I walked in the door to my parents house and said "ARRR!"

The other morning, Aria woke me up for a bottle at around 4 am. I was kind of flustered because she started crying the instant I laid her down for a diaper change. I REALLY didn't want her to wake up her brothers so I was trying to entertain and shush her. I got her bottle ready while holding her and fixed myself a big 32 oz of ice water. Then we went back to the livingroom. Well, in the darkness and excitement, I knocked over my iced tea from the evening before. It hit the couch, the table and the floor. Aria was still yelling as I cleaned it up. Then, as I tried to move the side table to continue soaking up the floor, my big water tipped off, the lid popped off, and water and ice went everywhere! Arg. I ran for a bigger towel... baby still crying. Finally, I got an acceptable amount cleaned up and laid Aria down to change her. She just got louder because she wasn't being fed. Finally, I stuck the bottle in and finished the diapering and snapping one-handed. My mom must have heard enough ruckus to wake up and came to help... to rescue me at the height of 4am stress. Thank goodness! I don't believe any of the boys got up right away so that was good. We don't have just the stress of a baby crying in the middle of the night, we have the stress that a baby crying could possibly lead to THREE crying babies. They hear each other now. We try to avoid that.

Well, now it is Friday and I am still working on this post. I got a replacement contact on Monday morning for my right eye. It was quite the ordeal. Turns out it can be quite complicated to get one contact. I was told by my local eye doctor that I had to go and sign a release, have it faxed and then they would fax back my prescription. I wanted to say... do you realize I am alone with three babies, no triplet stroller and it's almost impossible to run to the eye doctor without help, besides the fact that I am half blind and probably shouldn't be driving my three babies around? (ok, my sight isn't that bad... it's a nuisance but not bad.) Luckily we were able to pick up my mom over the lunch hour and she sat in the car with the kids while I stood waiting for the stupid fax to be returned. The Gillette office was great and would have just given me the contact if I had known the brand I had. They even called but our office said the type I took was bi-focals! I don't think so! So, I had to wait for the fax. After a half an hour, we left to go get lunch and see if the babies would fall asleep with the van moving again. I was able to get my contact when we returned.

Guess what my luck brought me this lovely Friday morning? My LEFT contact tore in half. I am done with this new brand!! Sooo, I had to swallow my pride and go get another one. I would have been fine and had Dan bring me my entire box from home... BUT a giant blizzard has canceled his travel plans and we won't be seeing him tonight. Sadness. I was bummed. We'll see if anyone will make it back from the Sioux Falls area this weekend. We were all going to be together for the high school musical here. It's a family tradition since my aunt is the director and we've all been in them for years. This year, my cousin is playing a part and I am very excited to watch him. If no one makes it, I won't have travel help getting back and my parents may have to help me drive part way. I know I won't attempt the entire 500 mile trip alone with the trio.

I am going to post this with no pictures and add some when I find some. I am out of time and it's time to feed Levi! He won't understand if I delay to upload photos for you all, so check back later!!

Love, Elizabeth

PS-I forgot to mention Halloween! We didn't do anything special besides answer to door for trick-or-treaters. The babies wore their cute onesies from Aunt Donna for their first Halloween. We have some pictures that my Dad took. I have a favorite of each child, but not one of everyone all together. That is a miracle moment that happens rarely.

All three looking at me on the floor trying to get some smiles.

My favorite of Aria.

Jessica's blog

My sister has some great posts about the babies on her blog. I think she may have had a little fun while she was here, inbetween the not sleeping and hard work. ;)

Growing so big!

(The date on this should be for October 28, 2008. But, the date and time always reads from the time that I start the post... not when I actually post it. Drives me nuts!)

It is Aria, Levi, and David's 5 month birthday! Where did the time go? Here are some stats on what is happening around here.

We serve approximately 18 bottles per day. Each bottle is 4 to 6 ounces. We change around 20-25 diapers per day. They are just starting size 2, since we are about to run out of the last 1-2. We tried to keep everybody in 1-2 for as long as possible since we could get a big box at Sam's club. I love the pampers swaddlers cause they are so soft and hugely absorbent. I figure comfort is a big thing since they spend their whole lives in them! The kids are wearing 6 month clothing and size 6-9 month footie pajamas. They are so long! But, what can we say... they are Dan's children! I can't believe it, but I think they have almost grown out of their bouncy seats, which makes me sad. I like to be able to sit them in their to watch me work around the house.

Right now, Levi and Aria are sharing a room and David gets his own. They all sleep in separate cribs. David got his own bedroom because he has been getting up in the night to eat and Mommy didn't like it when he woke up Aria too. Levi used to be the loud one at night, but he is a great sleeper right now. Aria has never been a trouble maker at night.

Here are their measurements as of today! Prepare to be shocked... just kidding. I guessed low for all their weights, but I wasn't too far off!

David - 17 LBS 7 OZ!! 26 and 1/2 inches long, head measured 17 and 3/4 inches
Levi - 16 LBS 2 OZ!! 26 and 1/4 inches long, head measured 17 and 1/2 inches
Aria - 14 LBS 11 OZ!! 26 and 1/2 inches long, head measured 16 inches

No wonder Aria seems soooo skinny! She is just as long as David and almost 3 pounds lighter.

I will post some pictures from this week with Jessica. I want to post some close-ups of their beautiful faces. Someday I'll get more videos posted, but it takes so much time and patience and I try to save any of that for the kids! ;D

Here is a picture of each baby next to their bears. We took pictures with the bears in the NICU and everyone asked where the giant teddy bears were. I am glad we have them to compare with now. Then there are a few all together. I am sad we didn't get one with everyone smiling great, but that takes a while. And, as you can see, Aria got sick of the flashes just as we got Levi going!

Today's Happenings

Today we got out the Jumperoo toy. All the babies liked it! Auntie Jessica is here for a week helping us and we are having fun!! We had a big night because David got his first serving of rice cereal. He has been getting us up at earlier and earlier hours of the morning, so we think his belly just may need a little more sustenance. It started out that he was waking around 4 am. Then it ws 3:30... then 3... 2... last night was 1:30am and we knew we had to do something! He is getting to be such a big boy! Last night Jessica got up with the babies and I got a looong stretch of sleep. So wonderful! Hey James... can we keep her?

Tonight, after babies were in bed, Dan and Jessica made baby food to freeze! I didn't end up helping at all. I was loading the dishwasher, cleaning up the table, ran to the store and such, but they did it all! We got some squash from friends and we are going to do a pumpkin tomorrow... possibly some applesauce. You may be thinking, "where are they going to find the time to do that?" Wellll.... David, Aria, and Levi are going with Jessica to Aunt Donna's house and we will stay behind for a much needed work day. I have so many hopes for the few precious hours at home not taking care of babies. There are some bathrooms needing cleaned, meals to cook and freeze, baby clothes to sort, bedrooms to clean, baby food to make, and finally some thank you notes to get written!! We are experiencing some major thank you note anxiety as we have hardly gotten ANY done and those are not even addressed and in the mail. I have never looked forward to a workday more! :)

That's all for now! Here are some pictures:
Aria with Daddy enjoying a nice fall day on the deck.

Levi, smiling mid-blink.

The best seat in the house... I could stare into those eyes all day.

Levi under the toy... I caught him with his lips up on the rattle toy and then he was touching his nose to it!

One Year Ago Today

(My apologizes for the length of this post, but I want to preserve these memories for our family. Skip this one if you only visit for pictures of our trio. :D)

Sunday, October 21st 2007: The day I got to tell Dan he was a Daddy! It was a day I had dreamed of my whole life, and especially since I had married Dan. I so desperately wanted to see the man I admired most in my life to be the father of my children. I had a plan for the ideal way I would want to give him this news, so I was glad I was able to pull it off.

I had a suspicion that I could be pregnant on Friday, the 19th. So, I took a pregnancy test. It seemed like the millionth pregnancy test I had taken in my life(but not really). It was, in fact, the first pregnancy that would be positive!! Unfortunately, Dan and I were heading out the door when I saw that faint line. It was faint enough that I thought I didn't want to get Dan's hopes up before I knew for sure. Sooo, we had a two hour drive to his parent's house where I knew that I was probably pregnant but I didn't say anything.

We spent that weekend at Dan's parents house. I remember having lots of conversations about the possibility of being pregnant. Everyone knew we had a chance because we had been closely monitored by the fertility specialist. A little background (because everybody asks and I might as well explain it once... no, triplets don't run in our family. Please don't ask. I would say most parents of multiples don't like that question. It's very awkward to say no and then answer a bunch more questions about multiples, ect.)

Anyway, we had gone through many rounds of a pill called clomid, which didn't work. I went back in September and they told me I wasn't going to get to try clomid and other oral meds anymore. We had three choices: IVF, a surgery to stimulate my ovaries to work on their own... or better with the medicines, or shots to try to do what the pills were doing, only stronger. We had talked about all these options alot and had decided that we didn't like any of the choices. The scary thing about the shots is that they can cause over-stimulation. When you hear of families with higher-order multiples, it can be from drugs like these (not IVF). The drugs can also cause the ovaries to hyper-stimulate, swelling and sending you to the hospital. It all sounded so scary to us. We didn't like our choices. But, when it came down to it, we decided to give the shots ONE chance.

I had gotten the medicine at the end of September and was taught how to give myself a shot in the tummy each night. The first night I tried to do it, I got scared and couldn't do it. Now, the ONE thing I have ever seen Dan truly wince at is needles... he hates them. But, he totally stepped up and helped me out. He gave me my first shot. It didn't really hurt so after that I did it myself. It was actually kind of cool being able to give myself a shot. I did this for seven nights in a row. The first time I went in to have an ultrasound to see if it worked, they saw two maturing eggs. I was told to come back three days later. This happen to be on a Sunday (Oct. 7 - to be exact :D), but they had me come in early that morning anyway. These things are obviously pretty delicately timed. That morning we had three mature eggs! I couldn't believe it. They gave me my last shot to help the eggs release and the rest was history!

Now when I told Dan that there were three eggs ready to go, he got pretty wide eyed and nervous. But, I was quick to assure him that I had known people that had two mature eggs and only ended up with one baby... so we would probably get one baby... at the most two. It was highly unlikely that all three would take, especially since one was measuring smaller than the others. So, we didn't really worry about it. Silly us. But now I look at our family and wonder who we wouldn't have, and I can't imagine it!

Soooo, fast forward back to our weekend at the Nebelsick's. I was itching to take another pregnancy test, but I didn't have one with us. So, I found an excuse to go to town to Walmart. Back at the farm was positive test #2. I about jumped out of my skin wanting to tell Dan. But, I didn't want to do it any other way than I had planned... so I waited. I had been fibbing pretty badly to everyone about when I could take a pregnancy test. Obviously everyone wanted to know how our round of fertility went but I didn't want everyone breathing down my neck for results before I was ready to share them. So, Dan had no idea that I could even know yet. I don't know that if there had been one baby that I would have gotten a positive so early. But, there were three times the hormones flowing so it worked.

It wasn't until Sunday until Dan and I were home alone again. Of course I took two more pregnancy tests to be absolutely sure. I remember sitting in church that morning praising God for his gracious miracle. I still had a precious secret to treasure and it felt wonderful to keep it stored up in my heart. I wanted to wait until the perfect moment, but unfortunately the Vikings were playing after church. There was no way I was interrupting the game. :) Well, it would have been fine but I didn't want to. Vikings lost and I got to cheer up my husband!

I will never forget the moment I decided to spring the news. Dan had the hiccups. I told him I could scare them right out of him. He didn't believe me. I told him I wanted to show him something. I brought him my Bible and it was opened to a highlighted verse from Psalm 127:

3 Sons are a heritage from the LORD,
children a reward from him.

4 Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are sons born in one's youth.

5 Blessed is the man
whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their enemies in the gate.

Beside that verse I wrote "See Luke 1:24". It states:

After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion.

I highlighted the "Elizabeth became pregnant". Dan just sat there like I was crazy. He will tell you that his first thought was I was thinking the Bible was predicting I would get pregnant when I took a pregnancy test... because he didn't know I could even know yet! Finally, I handed him his first arrow for his quiver. Attached was a positive pregnancy test. He was shocked and surprised and overjoyed and the hiccups were gone!! His hands were sweaty too! It was glorious. We took some pictures and talked a lot about how our lives were going to change. We also wondered how many babies were in there! Anyway, I can't tell you how happy we were and shocked that this was finally happening for us!

We weren't able to find out how many eggs took until November 6th, when we had our first ultrasound. Obviously, we got three beautiful babies from our efforts, and although it has been a huge challenge, it has also been a bigger blessing. Many people told us that God doesn't give us more than we can handle, so God must think we can handle a lot. But, something our pastor said this Sunday really struck a chord with me and our situation. Pastor Jeff said something to the effect that God doesn't just give you as much as you can handle. If God just gave us what we can handle, why would we need to call on Him? Sometimes God may put something in our lives that is beyond our abilites to handle without Him so that we can see the Lord's miracles and provision. I truly believe that is where we are. Our family would not be thriving if it wasn't for our angels (aka - family, friends, and church family). We have been given more than we could handle without the Lord and the people He has put in our lives. We thank God for them and all their help.

Here are some pictures from a year ago:

Dan with his gift - his first arrow.

The pregnant parents. I wish I had taken a better picture. Oh well.

.

Our itty bitty miracles.

By the way, we saw all three hearts beating at 5 and 1/2 weeks. That's before some people even realize they are pregnant!!

Little Personalities: Part III

Sorry this is a long time coming... it has been crazy around here!

Poor Levi... he has to go last again. But, he really has calmed down with his fiesty fits lately. I would say David has passed him up in the demanding department. Levi is a wonderful baby and they all are becoming so much fun!

Levi is a flirt. He loves to smile and coo at anyone who is paying attention to him. He has this "Let me reel you in" smile where it is kind of on one side of his mouth, and he looks at you sideways. So adorable. He laughs easily and is the baby who squeals in delight the most. He kicks when he's excited and loves his bouncy chair. Levi is very good at using his feet to bat at toys and play with them. He's so smart!

Levi is a good eater and a pretty good sleeper. He will fuss to tell me when he's tired, but he will also cry to avoid having to go to sleep. He doesn't lay awake long in his crib before "the alarm goes off" to tell us to come and get him. If he's really hungry, he still cries through his diaper change no matter how entertaining I try to be. This is especially un-cool when it's 4:30am and I don't want two other babies awake! Levi never misses a meal. You can't really bank on ever stretching his mealtime longer than three hours. Most days I start getting a bottle-time warning from him a half hour early.

Levi hates bodily functions. He whines when he has gas. He fusses right away if he has a messy diaper. He cries if he spits up most times. Sometimes, it is downright impossible to get him to burp!

Levi was the first baby to be really good at rolling over from his tummy to his back. Sometimes I just lay him down on his belly and he plops right back over. He can do this many times in row. The other two aren't that proficient at it yet. BUT, as of two nights ago, Levi is the last to learn to roll to his belly from his back. He hasn't yet. Aria rolled over twice on Monday night(but not since) and David figured it out on Wednesday night. Since then, we haven't seen David stay on his back for long! I think Levi is too interested in having the best view, because he is the most inquisitive one. He looks at everything, taking in his world.

Levi fell sleep with his hands up.

In the burping position... look at that angel face!

Eating on Mommy's lap... Aria fell asleep waiting for her turn.

Everybody watching Momma work in the kitchen.

Triplet conference, jabbering at each other. Aria on the left, Levi turned away in the middle and then David on the right. I couldn't get Levi to look at the camera, he found something better to stare at.

The boys with their uncle Doug while Mommy and Daddy had a date night.

The babysitters(Kara and Doug)... straight from heaven to our house!!
